Pursuant to Sections 5 and 18 of the Hessian County Ordinance (HKO) in the version dated March 7, 2005 (GVBl. I, p. 183), last amended by Article 2 of the Act of December 11, 2020 (GVBl., p. 915) in conjunction with Section 27 of the Hessian Municipal Code (HGO) in the version dated March 7, 2005 (GVBl. I, p. 142), most recently amended by Article 6 of the Act of December 11, 2020 (GVBl., p. 915), the Fulda District Council, at its meeting on May 9, 2022, adopted the following VIII. Amendment to the Statutes of the Fulda District regarding the payment of compensation to volunteers.
Article I
§ 1 (3) is amended to read as follows: Twenty-four caucus meetings per fiscal year are recognized as eligible for reimbursement. In addition to in-person meetings, virtual, digital, and hybrid caucus meetings are also eligible for reimbursement.
Article II
Article I of the Eighth Amendment to the Fulda District Charter regarding the payment of compensation to volunteers shall take effect on June 1, 2022.
