A total of eight apprentices and one FOS intern will begin on August 1, 2025. Thirteen students will follow in September. The afternoon began with a presentation by the training management team, which gave the new recruits an initial overview of their upcoming training or academic program. Afterward, the youth and trainee representatives led an icebreaker game that allowed the new recruits to get to know one another better.
There was also plenty of time to ask questions about apprenticeships and college programs: In a relaxed atmosphere, the new recruits were able to talk with current apprentices and students, gaining valuable insights into daily life as an apprentice or college student.
