What documents are required?
The more specific your inquiry is, the more detailed the documentation you will need. You will be informed about this during your initial consultation as well.
What fees apply?
For construction consultations in proceedings that do not result in a decision subject to a fee, fees may be charged on a time-based basis starting from the second quarter-hour. The first quarter-hour is free of charge.
What else should I know?
Please note that a preliminary building inquiry is available. Through a preliminary building inquiry, decisions on certain matters can be made even before a formal proceeding begins. This decision is binding for subsequent approval proceedings.
