Service description
If you wish to control vertebrates as pests on a commercial basis, you must obtain a permit under animal welfare law from the competent authority before commencing your activities.
To obtain a permit, you may also need to include, with your application, proof of competence for any individuals who regularly stun or kill vertebrates on a professional or commercial basis for the purpose of killing them.
You may begin operations as soon as the permit has been granted.Procedure
You can obtain the permit from the appropriate agency,
- after you have submitted the required documents and the application for a permit, and
- the competent authority has reviewed the documents and determined that the necessary requirements have been met.
