Are you no longer able to work in your trained or current profession for health reasons? Or do you need support in entering or re-entering the workforce due to a disability or an impending disability?
Trained rehabilitation case managers provide comprehensive support for all questions related to services that promote participation in working life (vocational rehabilitation).
As the point of contact for rehabilitation and community participation, it is our responsibility to identify potential rehabilitation needs at an early stage and to ensure that the necessary applications are submitted in a timely manner.
