Community care

Community Care is a free service for all residents of the Fulda district who wish to continue living independently in their own homes as they age. The community care coordinator provides advice and support directly in people’s homes, helps organize care, and explains the necessary steps.

Together with those affected and other key resources—such as home care services, care support centers, or senior citizen groups—the community care worker plans further support and establishes important connections.
