The Care Support Center provides assistance with questions regarding care and support.
It is a joint initiative of the statutory long-term care and health insurance funds and the Fulda district.

Who is counseling available for?
We provide advice and information
- people in need of care,
- people who are at risk of needing long-term care, as well as
- their relatives and associates.
We're happy to answer any questions you may have about care and support in your own home.
What kinds of issues can you get advice on?
It is important for people to be able to live independently. This also applies to those who rely on nursing care and support. Organizing the necessary care and support in the home environment often presents major challenges for both caregivers and care recipients.
To help you cope with these challenges, the Care Support Center offers counseling in the following areas:
- Long-Term Care Insurance Benefits
- Organizing Daily Care Routines to Enable People to Stay at Home as Long as Possible
- Relief for Family Caregivers
- Care and Support Services in the Fulda District
- Funding for Care and Support Services
The Care Resource Center provides information about various social services, offers advice on questions regarding care assessments, assists with coordinating various support services, and connects you with care and social support services.
Make an appointment
Depending on your needs, our counseling sessions can take place by phone, at the care center, or as a home visit. You can schedule individual counseling appointments any day from Monday through Friday. Please feel free to schedule an appointment with us:
