Power of Attorney
If the owner does not appear in person, the authorized representative must provide the following in addition to the other required documents:
- an original, valid ID card or
- a valid original passport with a current certificate of residence, or
- Original, valid foreign passport containing the residence permit of both the holder and the authorized representative
