At its meeting on June 25, 2026, the assembly of the Fulda District Waste Collection Special-Purpose Association adopted the First Amendment to the Association’s Bylaws dated June 27, 2022.
The association's bylaws are based on the following legal basis:
- Sections 7 and 9 of the KGG, as amended on December 16, 1969 (GVBl. I, p. 307), last amended by Article 7 of the Act of February 16, 2023 (GVBl., p. 83, 88),
- Section 7 of the Hessian Municipal Code (HGO), as amended on April 1, 2005 (GVBl. I, p. 142 et seq.), last amended by Article 2 of the Act of February 5, 2026 (GVBl. 2026 No. 8).
Article 1
Section 15 is amended as follows:
"Public Notices
(1) Public notices issued by the special-purpose association are posted on the website www.landkreis-fulda.de, along with the date of publication.
(2) Unless otherwise specified in a public notice posted on the special-purpose association’s website, the public notice shall be published in the “Marktkorb am Sonntag”; in urgent cases, it shall be published in the “Fuldaer Zeitung.”
(3) Public notice on the Internet is deemed to have been completed at the end of the day on which it was posted on the special-purpose association’s website in a manner generally accessible to the public. In the case of a public announcement in the newspaper “Marktkorb am Sonntag” or “Fuldaer Zeitung,” the public announcement is deemed complete at the end of the publication date of the issue containing the announcement.”
Article 2
This First Amendment will take effect on August 1, 2026.
