Service description
You may choose to relinquish your limited firearms license, ammunition, or firearms requiring a permit, etc., and authorize their destruction.
Waiver – Minor Firearms License (KWS)
Please fill out the waiver and destruction declaration (see Applications/Forms) and submit your original firearms license along with the declaration to the competent firearms authority.

Please send the completed Declaration of Waiver and Destruction by email (see Applications/Forms).

Fees apply for the removal of firearms from the firearms ownership card. The collection and destruction of firearms and ammunition are free of charge for private individuals. The surrender and return of the Small Firearms License (KWS) are also free of charge.
