Apply for a Certificate of Compliance under the Explosives Act
Service description
The certificate of compliance is a prerequisite for participating in a state-approved training course on the handling of explosive substances (e.g., fireworks, nitrocellulose, or black powder).
Successful completion of this training course (technical training) is, in turn, required to apply for a permit under Section 27 of the Explosives Act (SprengG).
Procedure
To apply for a Certificate of No Objection (UBB), please submit the application form below.
Provided that all requirements are met, you will be issued a certificate of no objection. This will be mailed to you along with the fee notice.

What fees apply?
Fees are charged by the Explosives Authority for applying for a certificate of compliance.
The fees under the Explosives Act can be found in No. 33 of the Appendix to the Administrative Cost Regulations for the Ministry of Social Affairs and Integration (VwKostO-HMSI) dated October 23, 2012.
